Vision – Mission

   Mission

The College is a TVET institution that ensures the training quality and prestige to the society; being responsible for training and further training for human resources in the fields of Technology, Economics, Agricultural Engineering and other occupations permitted by State authorities at the college level, the intermediate level and the primary levels; carrying out applied scientific research and transferring scientific and technological advances; having the capacity to integrate into the region and the world, contributing to meeting the needs of the Agriculture and Rural Development sector.

    Vision

The College strives to become a “high-quality green TVET center” with its prestige in the country and in the ASEAN region; training high-tech, multi-level, and multi-sector human resources; diversifying types of training, in which training and doing research in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronic Engineering, Machinery Engineering are focuses; developing the renewable energy sector in green training; being a link between applied research, science and technology transfer and production and business, meeting labor training needs for enterprises and contributing to improving the quality of human resources for Dong Nai province, the South Eastern region and the whole country in general; enhancing its prestige, expanding its cooperation and competing fairly with other institutions throughout the country and the ASEAN region.

Functions – Responsibilities

Functions, responsibilities and authority of the College comply with the Law and Decision No. 4317/QD-BNN-TCCB dated 26 October 2017 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development defining functions, responsibilities and authority and organizational structure of the College of Machinery and Irrigation.

– The College operates under the Vocational Education Law No. 74/2014/QH13 dated 27 November 2014 of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, taking effect on 1 July 2015; the College’s Charter according to the Circular No. 46/201/TT-BLDTBXH dated 28 December 2016 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Regulations on organization and operation of the College issued and the regulations of other relevant laws.
